Sprint Acacelerator ends with Demo Day
Our three months in Kansas City as part of Sprint Accelerator powered by Techstars came to its grand finale on June 4 with Demo Day. This pitch event gave all ten startups the opportunity to showcase our growth over the programme, and announce exciting new partnerships, pilots and evidence of traction.
Held at the Kauffman Centere for the Performing Arts, Demo Day was an impressive event with lighting, music and a full scale stage production team.
The audience included members of the Kansas City tech community, media, investors, Sprint executives and CEO, as well as parents and friends of the startups. Here’s Demo Day in the media.
We all worked hard tweaking our presentations for this day, and did countless rehearsals throughout the week. On the night, all 10 CEOs presented a polished, “best version” of their presentations - something we were very happy to celebrate later that evening at the after party!

Celebration and Farewells at the After Party
A huge relief came over us as we walked off the stage at Demo Day. Now it was time to party! Back at the Sprint Accelerator building, we relaxed, joked and laughed with our Techstars friends and families.
The after party was also our time to say goodbye to our friends. We had spent an intense three months together, learning every day and growing. It was sad to say farewell, but we continue to keep in touch through the Techstars network and social media. Our paths will cross again one day for sure!
What’s next after Techstars?
Now that we are back at our San Francisco office, it’s time to reflect on all the mentor feedback and the conversations with potential partners. For the second half of 2015, our focus is on securing and executing pilots in population health management.
Thank you to Techstars, Sprint, our mentors and our family and friends for supporting us through the last 3 months.
