Chris brings medical expertise to the team. A General Practitioner since 1997, Chris has 12 years experience as a Clinical Director of one of NZ's high performing PHO's. He maintains a focus on quality improvement across the health system and has a passion for supporting primary cares ability to provide innovative services, in particular those that support people to self manage and prevent chronic conditions.

Stormie’s background of 16 years in education and 7 years in Diabetes Prevention create a passion for learning and preventing chronic disease. Being a person with Type 1 Diabetes enhances her empathy towards those who are trying to choose healthier habits to prevent the disease. In her spare time, you will find her spending time with her two daughters, enjoying the great outdoors, or playing the piano and organ.

Ruth leads Melon's user-centred design. She has over 10 years experience in mobile, web, application and print design. Lance brings a wealth of experience across industries and countries, and has an MBA from Yale and a B Tech in Product Development. He motorcycled through much of the world before it was fashionable.

He started his career with large global corporates (Nokia-UK, Analog Devices-USA) then founded and ran Zephyr Technology Corp a Us based medical device company for 14 years, raising capital in the US then successfully exiting to Covidien (now Medtronic). He has 22 patents in silicon chip design and physiological monitoring. He is now involved with various projects and on several boards.
